These programs are not, in themselves, Web 2.0 tools but they're probably the most commonly used programs out there. For the less confident teacher they do offer a way in to e-learning if learners' files are uploaded to Google Docs or Dropbox. Google Docs and Dropbox enable learners to work in collaboration even though they may not be sat at the same computer or in the same room e.g. as is the case with homework tasks.
